Murals
Peeta PEETA - "Paint Your Faith" - Peeta Manuel di Rita is a young Italian artist born in a small town near Venice (Italy). He started to write Peeta since the beginning of the 90es and soon became a well-known writer within the Italian graffiti scene, also thanks to his partnership with the Paduan EAD crew. Read more about art & the artist here: PEETA.NET
The Blue Pharoh - also known as the Sphynx, has been occupying a vacant lot between two derelict buildings on East Pender Street for almost 2 years now.  The murals are each about 8 foot high and about 100 feet long; each one above the other.
Cold World - (under construction) This art installation covers an entire alleyway between Richards and Seymour, just south of Hastings St.  It's labelled @ the east end as "Art Installation by Cold World" - www.coldworldmedia.com - with special mentions to John Moody, Mel Sasso & M Trach. Likely a legal or "semi-legal" wall, judging by its stupendous size & proportion!
Red Cat.  This noble and classical piece of artkatechture is likely now gone the way of Winston Churchill and Solomon Gundy.  It once graced the face of rainy tennis courts in a nondescript East-Van neighborhood.  The cats and bird studies featured here are some of the most uplifting and cantankerous renderings on this entire website.
Granville North. *under construction* These are legal sidewalk scrapers put up mainly for Japanese and Korean tourists who fondle their cameras.  Besides being overtly digestible with your tea and crumpets, there is the odd piece of note-worthy art that survives the knife of the city's born-to-be-catholic editorial committee ...
